Directions for use:
Do not put the Flaska bottle in the dishwasher and keep it away from appliances with strong electromagnetic radiation (e.g. microwave ovens).
The vibrational structuring of the water begins as soon as you pour water into the bottle – wait at least five minutes to get the full effect.
Shake the bottle a few times before drinking. As water "likes" movement, the effect of vibrational structuring will increase as the domains of coherence spread and strengthen.
